New grout vacuum tank on tracks.
Lebotec recently delivered a new grout vacuum tank on tracks to one of its customers. This is the GVT 6000 type. The installation is built on tracks, the 6,000 litre tank can be tilted at an angle of 45 degrees. Application: soil displacing piles, grout anchors, grout injection piles, jet grouting or the making of CSM walls and soil mix walls. The diesel engine provides the drive for the hydraulic pump, which in turn takes care of the drive of the vacuum pump, high pressure cleaner, lid lock and lid opening of the tank, and the undercarriage. To fill the vacuum tank, it is pressurized by a vacuum pump. You can empty the tank by opening the discharge valve. During emptying, pressure may be put on the tank to empty the tank faster. Emptying can also be done by opening the rear lid and tipping the tank.
